Full synopsis[]
A lonely latchkey kid, a nine-year-old runaway named Jason (Lincoln Kilpatrick Jr.) stows away on Lamont's truck and spends a day with the Sanfords. Much to Fred's chagrin, the fatherless boy isn't inclined to leave the junkyard, inasmuch as he has latched onto the grouchy Fred as a surrogate daddy. When Jason's mother (Marcene Harris) arrives to pick up Jason, who she reported as missing, she decides to stay and have dinner with Lamont and Fred, who she goes into the kitchen with to prepare dinner, so he could help "flour those (the chicken, not hers!) legs!"
