Pat Morita makes another series appearance as Fred Sanford's Japanese friend Ah Chew (Pat Morita). Hoping to get Fred to invest in a Japanese restaurant, Ah Chew puts on an impressive display of his vast -- and extremely inexpensive -- culinary skills. Fred is in fact so impressed that he converts the Sanford living room into a "teriyaki palace."
