Full synopsis[]
Fred, fearing retaliation after witnessing a robbery at Julio's place, is unwilling to get involved by describing the burglars to the police. To teach Fred a lesson, Lamont and Julio hide the truck, to show Fred how it is to be a victim of a robbery and not have anyone who may have seen the crime not be willing to get involved. After Fred reluctantly gives the description of the thieves to Hoppy and Smitty, they think that the truck was stolen, causing Fred to have another "heart attack"; turns out that when Lamont hid the truck around the corner, it was ticketed and impounded for being double parked!
