'Russ Retranto (born August 9, 1941 in Plainsboro, New Jersey) is a Hollywood film and TV director who was active between 1977-1991. Amongst the projects which he directed, his credits include Sanford and Son, of which he directed nine episodes in Season 6, the show's final season, She's the Sheriff, The Sanford arms, and The Munsters Today. Retired from directing, Russ currently resides in Southern California.
