Crazy Alice was a date of Fred in the Sanford and Son episode titled "Chinese Torture (a.k.a. "The Defiant One")" in Season 6, episode #15. Unbeknownst to Alice, who tries hard to get Fred to open up on their date together, Fred is unpleasantly shackled to Esther in Chinese wristlocks, who, is hiding, covered in drapery behind the Sanford's sofa. Grady, earlier in the episode, attempted to perform a magic trick using Fred and Esther, which went awry. Actress Hazel Medina appeared the episode as Alice.
