Colonel Hiokawa, a fictional daffy Japanese Army general that lampoons the actual Japanese Army General Hayakawa, appeared in the episode Sergeant Gork (Season 5, episode #23) Played by Pat Morita, who also played the role of Ah Chew, the role of Hiokawa was Morita's last appearance on the show. In the episode, Fred started telling a false story about being a master intelligence officer in Germany in WWII to fascinate Roger Lawson, the son of Janet Lawson, his mother and Lamont's girlfriend.
